ElastoStart significantly reduces the jolt felt during starting, for smoother and easier starting. They have reduced the shock felt through a rubber element or spring in the starter handle which absorbs the majority of the jolt.

The manual fuel pump enables the user to deliver fuel to the carburettor with the touch of a button, helping to reduce the number of pulls need to restart the engine after a lengthy breaks. Single sided blades have been slightly ground on one side to promote optimum cutting performance.

The HS 45 Hedge Trimmer features the anti-vibration system, which works by significantly dampening the the shocks of the engine to reduce vibrations felt in the handles for more comfortable and smoother running. The long life air filter is very effective and provides optimum engine protection, whilst increasing cleaning intervals.
